Terms & Conditions for Renewing

The reservation fee paid for your current contract will be applied to your renewal contract. If you received a discount offer, it will be applied to the current rate listed for the contract length, payment plan & meal plan you chose. If you chose to pick up your contract at the front desk, we will call you at the number you entered above as soon as it is ready. Once you have signed, we will fax the contract to your parent or guardian for their signature. If you chose to receive your contract by email, we will email the contract to the address you provided within 24 hours. All contracts must be returned by the deadline given to receive discount. A payment schedule for your renewal contract will provided to you with the contract. Prepayment plans require payment within 10 days of renewing, or the renewal contract start date, whichever comes first. If you will be paying in advance at the time of signing, a parent/guardian signature is not required. Discounts will only be honored if offer code is provided.
