CVI Payment Options & Terms...

Pay in ONE Payment (Option 1) DISCOUNTED 8% - First month’s R&B due with Application and Reservation Fee. The balance is due when the Housing Contract is signed. If payment plan is changed to ONE Payment before a contract is signed, a 4% discount will be honored. If you have already moved in, the 4% discount will be prorated. Any exceptions will be made by contract amendment. This option can be used with contracts 7 months or longer. If you pay in ONE payment form contracts less than 7 months a 4% discount will be honored.

Pay in TWO Payments (Option 2) DISCOUNTED 4% - First Month’s R&B due with Application and Reservation Fee. The balance for FIRST HALF of the contract is due when the contract is returned. Payment for the SECOND HALF of the contract is due 3 MONTHS after the START DATE of the contract. Any exceptions will be made by contract amendment. This option can be used with contracts 7 months or longer.

MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS (Option 3) - First Month’s R&B due with Application and Reservation Fee. Last Month’s R&B due on the day the contract starts. Remaining Payments for contracts that start before the 15th of a month begin on the 1st day of the month after contract starts. Remaining payments for contracts that start on the 15th of a month or after begin on the 1st day of second month after your contract starts. Any exceptions will be made by contract amendment.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS: - First, short term perm month charges are added to the rates listed, then any promotional discounts are deducted. Promotional discounts & offer codes are valid ONLY with the CVI Meal Plan unless otherwise printed on a specific offer. All payments are due according to the schedule provided to you. Discounts will not be honored if the Housing Contract is not returned by the due date requested or if payment is not made by due date. If payment plan is upgraded AFTER you have moved in, the discount for that plan will be prorated. CVI reserves the right to change your payment plan to Monthly Installments at any time if you do not pay according to the payment terms listed for the plan chosen; to NOT honor prepayment plan options for contracts under 12 months; to change rates and/or payment terms at any time. Rates are valid for UCF, VCC & SCC students. Contract must be returned in order to apply for Financial Aid Deferment.
