- One double or single occupancy space in a furnished room
- Private Bathroom in each room

- Local phone service with voice mail
- Small refrigerator & microwave
- One set of linens
Amenities include weight room, cardiovascular room, soccer field, sand volleyball, swimming pool, picnic area, lighted basketball court, game room, laundry room, fishing pond, and computer room with Internet access.
