How to Reserve Housing at CVI…
SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE
To apply for housing at CVI a $100 non-refundable reservation fee and a $49 application fee. Space is reserved when a housing contract is signed. First month’s rent is due on the day the contract starts. A Guarantor is required for all applicants under the age of 25.
CHECK YOUR E-MAIL
A housing Contract and instructions on how to reserve your housing will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provide on your housing application. You will receive a Housing Contract Packet that will include:
- Welcome Letter with Instructions on how to RESERVE your housing
- Housing Contract to be returned to CVI
- Payment Schedule & Invoice for the plan you choose
RETURN YOUR HOUSING CONTRACT
Your Housing Contract must be returned by FAX or Email by the due date listed in your packet. If you are paying in Advance or by Semester you will have a payment due within 10 days of the date you received your housing contract packet. Please follow the instructions in your packet to assure your payment is received on time.
CHECK YOUR E-MAIL ONE MORE TIME
After your Housing Contract has been received at CVI, we will e-mail you a letter of confirmation. This letter will include:
- Check In Information & Times
- Info on how to receive your mail & packages at CVI
- Info on What will be in your room & What you might want to bring with you
- Terms & Conditions of CVI internet service
- Helpful Information to assist you with your move
- House Rules & Conditions
- MOVE IN DAY instructions
