You acknowledge that IF you are making a late payment you are required to add the amount of late fees according to the due date listed in your invoice. If you did not receive an invoice please contact the business office at 407.781.3402 or by email at cviucf@aol. com. You agree that if late fees are not paid, you will be charged an additional $15.00 service fee for processing and the TOTAL of the late fees and service charge of $15.00 will be added to your account and due with your next scheduled payment. You acknowledge that you are the cardholder and will be held responsible for any declined transactions. You are responsible for verifying through your bank that your transaction has cleared. You will receive a receipt by e-mail for your payment.
